Nichols plc has initiated two new Save As You Earn Schemes for employees, offering discounted options on shares with 95 employees participating, including key managerial personnel. The options are exercisable at a 20% discount based on the average mid-market price prior to the offer, aligning employee interests with shareholder value. Additionally, previous options granted under the 2023 scheme to a legal director have been cancelled in lieu of the new participation.
