In a recent update, NIB Holdings Limited has reported that Brad Welsh, one of its directors, increased his indirect shareholding in the company. Through Turril Pty Ltd, where he serves as a director, Welsh acquired an additional 3,174 ordinary shares at a market value of $19,044. Following the purchase on August 27, 2024, his total indirect ownership now stands at 16,261 ordinary shares.
