NG Energy International (TSE:GASX) has released an update.
NG Energy International has successfully completed a C$30 million private placement to fund its next phase of drilling and development activities in Colombia. The funds will primarily support drilling at Sinu-9 and Maria Conchita, as well as the construction of flowlines and completion of reservoir studies. Notably, company insiders subscribed to a significant portion of the shares offered, in compliance with regulatory exemptions.
