NG Energy Expands Gas Contracts Amid Rising Demand

NG Energy International Corp. (TSE:GASX) has released an update.

NG Energy International Corp. has secured additional long-term natural gas sales contracts from its Maria Conchita Block, now totaling 14.8 MMcf/d over 3-5 years, supplementing prior deals and catering to the growing demand in Colombia. Pricing in the region has surged by 36.5% year-over-year, attributed to economic growth and the El Niño effect. The company’s CEO highlights the importance of natural gas as a transitional fuel and the ongoing efforts to increase energy supply to Colombia’s Caribbean region.
