Nexus Industrial REIT has announced cash distributions for September and October 2024, both set at $0.05333 per unit, which equates to an annualized payout of $0.64 per unit. These dividends are scheduled for payment to unitholders on record by the end of the respective months. Nexus Industrial REIT is a growth-oriented company that owns and manages a portfolio of 119 industrial properties across Canada.
