Nexus Infrastructure PLC announces that a major shareholder, Christian Wurst from Belgium, has crossed the notification threshold, acquiring a total of 3.16% voting rights, which corresponds to 285,571 shares in the company. The notification, dated June 4th, 2024 and completed in Brussels on June 5th, 2024, indicates no financial instruments were used in acquiring these voting rights.
