Nexus Real Estate Investment Trust (TSE:NXR.UN) has released an update.
Nexus Industrial REIT has declared cash distributions for May and June 2024, distributing $0.05333 per unit, annually amounting to $0.64 per unit, with payment dates set for mid-June and mid-July. Additionally, the REIT offers a Distribution Reinvestment Plan giving a 4% bonus in units to eligible unitholders who reinvest their cash distributions. Nexus focuses on growing shareholder value through industrial property acquisition and management across primary and secondary Canadian markets.
