Nexus Director’s Past Role Disclosed Amid Administration

Nexus Infrastructure Plc (GB:NEXS) has released an update.

Nexus Infrastructure plc has disclosed that Richard Kilner, a member of its board of directors, was previously a director of PH Realisations 2020 Limited (formerly Procam Television Holdings Ltd.) when it went into administration in September 2020 due to challenging trading conditions attributed to the Covid pandemic. The administration process for the company is still underway, with the majority of secured creditors having received distributions. There are no further disclosures required for Kilner under the AIM Rules for Companies.
