Quixant (GB:NXQ) has released an update.
Nexteq PLC has announced the buyback of 8,024 of its ordinary shares at 123 pence each, which will now be held in treasury. Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital includes 66,539,060 ordinary shares, with the total voting rights standing at 66,360,788. Shareholders can use this total voting rights figure as a reference for notifying changes in their interest in the company in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
