Nexteq PLC has bought back 300,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 91.7 pence each for treasury, following which the total voting rights in the company stand at 65,507,660. This action is part of the company’s capital strategy and provides a key figure for shareholders to calculate their percentage holdings.
