Nexteq PLC has corrected a previous announcement, revealing the purchase of 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 86.5 pence each to be held in treasury, and updating the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury to 420,487. Following this transaction, the total voting rights in the company stands at 66,118,573. This figure is significant for shareholders to calculate their notification requirements under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
