Nexteq PLC has recently announced the buyback of 100,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 96.50 pence each, with the shares to be held in treasury. Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital includes 66,539,060 Ordinary Shares, with 64,328,488 total voting rights, as treasury shares do not carry voting rights. Shareholders may use this voting rights figure as a reference for disclosing their interest in the company as per regulatory requirements.
