NexTech3D.AI has announced a private placement offering to raise C$2,750,000 by issuing 20 million units at C$0.14 each, which includes a common share and a warrant. The warrants are exercisable at C$0.2475 over 24 months, with an acceleration clause if share prices exceed C$0.50 for ten consecutive days.
