Dr. Eileen Doyle, a director at NEXTDC Limited, has indirectly increased her shareholding in the company through the S&E Doyle Super Fund, as trustees purchased 1,763 additional ordinary shares at $17.01 each under the company’s Share Purchase Plan. This acquisition, reported in accordance with the listing rule 3.19A.2, raises Doyle’s total held shares to 24,763, demonstrating continued confidence in the firm’s financial prospects.
