Douglas Ronald Flynn, a director at NEXTDC Limited, has increased his indirect interest in the company through the acquisition of additional shares. Flynn’s associated entities, Dai Yat Pty Ltd ATF Alecam Trust and DR & LC Flynn Nominees Pty Ltd ATF Flynn Superannuation Fund, purchased a total of 3,526 ordinary shares at $17.01 per share under NEXTDC’s Share Purchase Plan. As a result, the entities now hold 85,779 and 128,042 shares respectively, reflecting a commitment to the company’s growth.
