Nextdc Limited (AU:NXT) has released an update.
Gregory J. Clark, a director at NEXTDC Limited, has increased his indirect stake in the company through the acquisition of 529 ordinary shares at $17.01 each, as part of the company’s Share Purchase Plan. This transaction, which took place on October 11, 2024, has brought his total holdings to 76,039 fully paid ordinary shares. There were no changes in the director’s interests in contracts and the shares were acquired outside of a closed period.
