Nextdc Limited (AU:NXT) has released an update.
NEXTDC Limited has requested a trading halt on its shares pending a forthcoming announcement about the results of an equity raising event. The halt is in anticipation of the completion of the institutional component of a fully underwritten, pro-rata, accelerated, non-renounceable entitlement offer. The trading halt will remain in effect until the announcement is released or when the market opens on Monday, 15 April 2024.
