Next Science Ltd (AU:NXS) has released an update.
Next Science Limited has announced a significant change in the interests of Director Harry Thomas Hall, IV, who has acquired 1,395,393 Sign-on Rights under the company’s Equity Plan as part of his remuneration. This change, approved by shareholders at the recent AGM, does not involve any disposal of his existing 200,000 ordinary shares. The Sign-on Rights were issued according to the terms of the Managing Director’s executive service agreement.
