Next plc has announced the on-market purchase of 25,230 of its own shares for cancellation, with prices ranging between 8986p and 9180p per share. The transactions were facilitated by UBS AG London Branch and result in a reduced share capital of 126,656,986 ordinary shares, impacting shareholders’ notification requirements.
