Next Fifteen Communications (GB:NFG) has released an update.
Next 15 Group plc has applied for 801,538 new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM, as part of the acquisition terms for Mach49 LLC by its subsidiary Next Fifteen Communications Corporation. These new shares will be on par with the current ordinary shares and are expected to be admitted on June 11, 2024, bringing the total issued share capital to 100,719,416 ordinary shares.
