The Company’s Special Meeting on January 26, 2024, resulted in the approval of the Amended LTIP. The voting outcomes revealed a significant majority in favor, with 11,758,125 votes for the amendment, 325,878 against, and 40,608 abstentions, with no broker non-votes recorded.
