NexLiving Communities Inc. has successfully concluded its annual and special meeting, re-electing the current board and approving all proposed resolutions, including the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors. The company also negotiated an extension of the deadline to July 31, 2024, for completing the acquisition of properties from Devcore Group Inc., which is anticipated to close in Q3 2024. Additionally, NexLiving has sold the McLaughlin property for $19.4 million, significantly reducing its net debt and improving financial metrics.
