NexGen Energy Secures C$224 Million from Australian CDI Offering

Nexgen Energy (US) (TSE:NXE) has released an update.

NexGen Energy Ltd. has successfully completed a C$224 million offering in Australia, where common shares were issued as CHESS Depository Interests to boost liquidity and trading on the ASX. The funds raised are earmarked for the development of NexGen’s mineral properties and general corporate purposes. The offering was not registered under the U.S. Securities Act, indicating the CDIs are limited to Australian investors with certain restrictions in the United States.
