Nexa Resources S.A. announced leadership changes, including the resignation of board member João Schmidt and the appointment of industry veteran Flavio Aidar, as well as the upcoming departure of Marcio Godoy, Senior VP of Technical Services. The company has expressed gratitude for the contributions of the departing members and anticipates that Aidar’s extensive experience will bolster its strategy for growth and shareholder value. Nexa, a significant player in the zinc production industry, operates mining and smelting assets in Latin America.
