Nexa Resources S.A. invites shareholders to its Annual General Meeting on June 13, 2024, at the company’s registered office in Luxembourg, to discuss annual accounts, board elections, and auditor appointments. Shareholders as of April 24, 2024, are eligible to vote and can do so via proxy if they cannot attend. The meeting’s agenda and relevant documents are available online, with the ESTMA report due by May 31, 2024.
