NewtekOne, Inc. has appointed Frank M. DeMaria as their new Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, with effect from March 29, 2024. DeMaria, a seasoned finance professional with experience at Flagstar Bank and Amalgamated Financial Corp., as well as a background with KPMG LLP, brings a strong accounting pedigree to NewtekOne. He holds an MBA for Accountants and a BS in Accounting, adding to his credentials as a Certified Public Accountant in New York. In his new role, DeMaria will receive a base salary of $360,000, a $250,000 stock incentive, and other standard executive benefits, along with severance protections under certain conditions.
