NewRiver REIT has announced the awarding of nil-cost options and deferred bonus shares to its Executive Directors under the company’s Performance Share Plan and Deferred Bonus Plan, respectively. The transactions, which took place off-market on 25 September 2024, have vesting periods based on the company’s performance and continued employment of the directors.
