Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of NewRiver REIT plc, Alastair Miller, has bolstered his investment in the company by purchasing 18,297 shares at a price of 81.52 pence per share. This latest acquisition, executed on the London Stock Exchange, increases Miller’s total holdings to 118,103 Ordinary Shares. The transaction aligns with regulatory compliance under the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
