NewPeak Metals Ltd. has announced the application for quotation of 7,666,667 new ordinary shares on the ASX, to be issued on August 12, 2024. The shares include 6,666,667 from the Treuer Range Uranium-Vanadium Project SPA and another 1,000,000 to a consultant. The expansion reflects the company’s growth and their ongoing commitment to their projects and stakeholders.
