Fairhurst has significant stakes in various entities, including 23.3 million shares in 1460765 BC Ltd, 3.3 million shares in Crest Resources Inc, and 10 million shares in AusVan Battery Metals Pty Ltd, where Crest Resources Inc holds a 54% interest. The announcement is part of the company’s compliance with ASX listing rule 3.19A.1 and the Corporations Act.
