Newmark Security PLC has updated its management incentive structure, introducing a long-term cash incentive plan (LTCIP) and granting options over ordinary shares to key senior executives, in alignment with the company’s ambitious five-year strategic growth plan. The plan includes significant revenue and EBITDA growth targets, and is designed to enhance shareholder value by ensuring management incentives are tied to company performance. The initiative involves cancelling and granting new options, as well as creating cash incentive pools, to motivate and retain top talent while pursuing global expansion.
