Newmark Property REIT has announced a significant change in shareholder interests, as BWP Management Limited increased its voting power from 82.92% to 83.91% through an off-market takeover bid. This shift occurred after BWP and Wesfarmers Investments Pty Ltd acquired additional fully paid ordinary shares in Newmark Property REIT by offering 0.4 fully paid units in BWP per NPR security. The move consolidates BWP’s position as a substantial holder, further influenced by Wesfarmers’ 24.75% voting power in BWP.
