Newmark Property REIT (AU:NPR) has released an update.

Newmark Property REIT has reported a change in the stakes held by substantial shareholder BWP Management Limited, with an increase in voting power from 72.62% to 73.80%, following acceptances of offers made under an off-market takeover bid. This strategic shift occurred on April 5, 2024, with relevant interests in voting securities changing as a result of this transaction. The takeover bid involved an exchange ratio of 0.4 fully paid units in BWP for every 1 fully paid ordinary security in NPR.
