Newmark Property REIT Director Sells All Shares

Newmark Property REIT (AU:NPR) has released an update.

Michael Frederick Doble, a director at Newmark Property REIT, has participated in an off-market takeover offer by BWP Trust, resulting in the disposal of his entire holding of 56,530 stapled securities. The non-cash transaction provided Doble with 22,612 fully paid units in BWP Trust, leaving him with no securities in Newmark Property REIT post-transaction. This strategic move came into effect on March 21, 2024, marking a significant change in the director’s interest in the company.
