Newmark Property REIT (NPR) acknowledged the late lodgment of director interest notices due to administrative oversights during a complex takeover process by BWP Trust, which involved the transition of NPR Management Limited’s management rights. The NPR has since addressed the ASX’s queries and assured future compliance with disclosure obligations, noting that current directors are bound by agreements to meet these requirements.
