Nicholas Karl Smithson, a director of Newfield Resources Limited, has ended his tenure with the company as of April 30, 2024. At the time of his departure, Smithson held a substantial interest in the company with 3,640,873 ordinary shares and 1,170,000 performance rights, along with additional interests in 1,155,931 ordinary shares and 46,943 ordinary shares not registered in his name.
