New World Resources Limited has announced a proposal to issue 10 million unlisted performance rights at no exercise cost, expiring in four years from the issue date, with a planned issue date of November 27, 2024. The announcement was made on August 28, 2024, and is subject to approval by the ASX for quotation on a deferred settlement basis.
