New Substantial Stake Acquired in Moab Minerals

Delecta Limited (AU:MOM) has released an update.

Katherine Darian Witham Jensen and associates have emerged as substantial holders in Moab Minerals Limited, acquiring a 5.63% stake with over 45 million shares. The shares were issued at a deemed price of $0.007 each, as part of the sale of Linx Resources Pty Ltd, as detailed in an ASX announcement made earlier in March.
