Mrs. Ifrah Nishat has become a substantial shareholder in Advance Metals Limited, acquiring a total of 14,615,385 ordinary fully paid shares, which equates to a voting power of 8.67%. The shares were bought over two transactions, with a total consideration of approximately $380,000. All shares are directly registered in her name as per the notice dated 17th September 2024.
