New Ray Medicine International Holding Ltd. has announced that out of the HK$330 million raised in their Rights Issue, approximately HK$39.6 million remains unutilized. The company has allocated HK$17.3 million for acquiring a stake in China Nvwa Pharmaceutical Group and plans to use the rest for general working capital, aiming to bolster their domestic and overseas pharmaceutical business in the PRC.
