New Hope Corporation Limited has corrected an earlier announcement regarding the number of shares to be issued, rectifying a rounding error. The accurate number of shares to be offered is now confirmed as 45,248,868, which could increase to 58,518,564 in the event of a change in control. The updated Appendix 3B, which contains the correct details, has been attached to the release for reference.
