New Found Gold Expands with Kingsway Project Acquisition

New Found Gold Corp. (TSE:NFG) has released an update.

New Found Gold Corp. has entered into an agreement to purchase Labrador Gold Corp.’s Kingsway Project, along with related assets, for a total consideration of CDN$20 million worth of New Found shares. The acquisition promises to enhance New Found’s prospects in central Newfoundland by doubling the strike length along the Appleton Fault Zone and building upon several high-grade gold discoveries. New Found’s existing expertise and resources are poised to further explore and develop the newly acquired mineral claims.
