Bendigo & Adelaide Bank Ltd. (AU:BEN) has released an update.

Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited has announced the appointment of Abigail Pip Cleland as a director effective from 30 April 2024. The initial director’s interest notice reveals that she does not hold any securities as a registered holder, but has an indirect interest in 11,000 ordinary shares through the Blake Cleland Superfund account.
