New China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.85 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, which will be paid to shareholders on August 9, 2024, after approval on June 28, 2024. Shareholders will receive the dividend in Hong Kong dollars at the rate of HKD 0.93158444 per share, with applicable withholding taxes based on their country of residence and pertinent tax treaties with China.
