Realites SCA (FR:ALREA) has released an update.
REALITES, CDC Habitat, and Nantes Métropole Habitat have teamed up to develop the Lykke Lodge residence in Nantes, which will feature 180 new affordable housing units with environmental and biodiversity considerations. Amidst a national housing crisis, this partnership aims to ease rental tensions by providing quality housing at reduced rates for middle-class households. The project, which includes a commitment to sustainable building practices and community spaces, is set to be completed in 2027.
