Nevada Exploration (TSE:NGE) has released an update.
Nevada Exploration Inc. is rebranding to URZ3 Energy Corp with a new trading symbol ‘URZ’, reflecting its shift towards Uranium interests while maintaining its gold assets in Nevada. Shareholders will see the new name and symbol in effect on the TSX-V starting June 13, 2024, without any need for action regarding their shares. The company’s capitalization remains unchanged amidst the rebranding.
