At Nevada Copper’s 2024 Annual General Meeting, shareholders have favorably voted on all agenda items. The assembly re-elected five directors and maintained the director count at five for the next year, while also appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditor. The meeting saw a strong shareholder turnout, with over 63% of outstanding shares represented.
