Neurogene (NGNE) has released an update.
Neurogene Inc. has appointed Donna Cochener as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, with a $370,000 base salary and eligibility for up to a 35% performance-based annual bonus. Cochener, with previous top executive experience at the company, has also been granted a 40,000-share stock option, subject to vesting over four years, provided she remains employed. Notably, there’s no written employment agreement currently in place for her new role.
