Network International Holdings PLC has reported a change in shareholding by Societe Generale, with a decrease in total voting rights from 6.6237% to 4.7449%, as per the latest notification. The notification, which rectifies a previous one, indicates that Societe Generale now holds 25,278,748 voting rights in the company. This shift crossed the notification threshold on July 31, 2023, and the company was informed on August 1, 2023.
