Netwealth Group Limited has disclosed a change in director Davyd Charles Lewis Lewis’s interests, revealing an on-market disposal of 25,453 ordinary shares valued at $516,955. Following the transaction, Lewis’s indirect interest via a superannuation fund amounts to 46,208 shares, while maintaining control over an additional 87,500 shares held by Netwealth Investments Ltd.
